Customer Satisfaction

IT partners and departments track a lot of metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Do a quick search and you find numerous examples  A quick browse through the results and you’ll see technical metric after technical metric.  Utilization metrics, up time metrics, capacity metrics, security metrics and so on.

Don’t get me wrong, these metrics are critically important and we keep a close eye on them.  But, there seems to be missing a focus on the customer and user experience.

The customers experience with our team is critically important to us!  At the end of the day it is their experience with the systems they rely on, and their interaction with the Vertical Solutions team that determine how successful we are.
